Meet the Founder

I'm Nate, a software engineer and CTO based in Heber City, Utah. I've been building software professionally for over two decades, shipping products used by millions of people - including platforms serving the US Military. I lead engineering teams and deliver across web, mobile, and cloud.

By day, I lead technology at USAMM. By night (and weekends), I build apps through appBox() - turning ideas into polished, production-ready software.

I work across the full stack: Vue, Nuxt, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, Node.js, PHP, Rust, Python, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Firebase, Pandas, BigQuery, Meta Prophet, Computer Vision, ML, AWS, Google Cloud - whatever the project demands. If it runs code, I've probably shipped something on it.

Microsoft-free for years and never looking back. My daily driver is Ubuntu 24 running the Cosmic desktop - pure, unapologetic Linux. No compromises, no subscriptions, just code.

I built my career before AI wrote a single line of code for anyone - and I'm proud of that foundation. But now? I'm all in on AI-assisted development. It doesn't replace the decades of experience; it amplifies them. I steer the ship, AI just makes me terrifyingly efficient.
